Building a new home can certainly create some questions. If you don't see the question and answer you are looking for, please feel free to submit your own question and we will respond.
Question: How much do you charge per square metre to build? Answer:
This is a very hard question to answer and often causes a great deal of heartache for people that haven’t built before.
When comparing costs to build your new home make sure you compare apples with apples – a lot of building companies advertise a very cheap square metre cost, but by the time you put in all the costs for connections, water tanks, council fees ......etc the cost ends up being a lot higher.
Our advertised prices are for a complete home including all costs and start at $790 per square metre.
We even offer foundation insurance as part of our Most Wanted range – ensuring that you won’t pay one cent more no matter how bad the soil type is on your block (even if we hit rock).
