We have a dedicated full time team of experts that are employed just to handle maintenance and after sales care and service. Your house is a ‘one-off’ project that is very unique to the environment that it has been built in. You WILL have settlement after it has been built – this is natural and is nothing to be alarmed at – but make sure that your builder has the necessary resources to back up their warranty claims.
At Ausmar all of our residential construction carries a 6 month maintenance warranty and a 7 year structural warranty. We have the structure and resources in place to back up our warranty.
